Elea Creta produces extra virgin olive oil in their own facility in Plora, Messara Valley, South Crete, about 50 km from Heraklion. They’ve refined their production over two generations, blending traditional methods with modern cold‑pressing and strict hygiene standards

  • Crafted using Koroneiki (and sometimes Psilolia) olives — a top Greek variety

  • Many products carry PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status (e.g. Kolymvari region, Chania)

  • Harvested in cold season (Nov–Feb) and immediately milled in underground pipes to preserve freshness.

  • Oil stored in stainless tanks under controlled low temperatures before filtration and bottling

  • Colour: golden-green with fruity, balanced, and gently peppery flavorAcidity: typically under 0.4–0.6 %—very low, signaling high quality.
